Jjili Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

1 Introduction & Applicability

Jjili (https://jjili.ws) is an online Sports Betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between jjili and its users ("you" or "user"). By accessing or using the jjili website, mobile app, or any of its services, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms.

These terms and conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using jjili's services.

Jjili's services are intended for personal and recreational use only. Placing bets for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration

To place bets or use any service on jjili, you must create a personal account. The following information must be provided accurately during registration:

Each individual may only register one account on jjili. If multiple accounts are found under the same identity, all associated accounts will be closed and their balances may be forfeited.

KYC Verification

Withdrawals will not be processed until jjili's KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete. A photo of your national ID or passport must be submitted for KYC. Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours.

3 Age & Eligibility

The minimum age to use jjili's services is 18. During registration, you must self-declare that you are 18 years of age or older.

Jjili may request proof of age documentation at any time. If a user is found to be under 18 years of age:

• The account will be suspended immediately
• All bets placed on that account will be voided.
• The deposited amount will be refunded, but any winnings will be forfeited

Additionally, jjili provides services exclusively to residents of Bangladesh. Attempts to register from outside Bangladesh may not be accepted.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits on jjili can be made through the following methods:

• Nagad — Minimum deposit ৳100
• Rocket — Minimum deposit ৳100

The maximum single deposit limit is set by jjili and is subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If a deposit fails to arrive for any reason, you must notify our support team within 24 hours.

Important Payment Rules

• Deposits must be made from a mobile account registered in your own name.
• Payments from third parties are not accepted.
• Jjili reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.
• If money laundering or illegal fund transfers are suspected, the account will be frozen.

5 Withdrawal Policy

To make a withdrawal on jjili, the following conditions must be met:

• KYC verification must be completed
• Withdrawals must generally be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 200
• Withdrawals may be restricted if there is an active bonus wagering requirement on your account.

Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds are generally transferred within 30 seconds to 5 minutes. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 24 hours.

For large withdrawals, jjili reserves the right to carry out additional verification for security purposes. This process may take up to 72 hours.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on jjili:

Bet Accepted

A confirmation number will be issued once a bet is placed. Until that confirmation is received, the bet cannot be considered successful. If confirmation is not received due to a technical issue, the bet may be cancelled and the amount refunded.

Bet Cancelled

• Bets may be cancelled within a specified time window before a match begins.
• Bets cannot be cancelled once a match has started (except via live bet cashout).
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded.

Match Abandoned or Incomplete

If a match ends before the scheduled overs or time have been completed, results will be determined according to each market's individual rules. In general, if the minimum number of overs or minutes has not been played, the match will be declared void and bets will be refunded.

Odds Change

The odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply. Any subsequent changes to the odds will not affect already confirmed bets.

7 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Jjili offers welcome bonuses, cashback, free bets, and other promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the offer page.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Bonus amounts typically require a wagering of 5–20x (varies by offer).
• Bonuses must be used within a specified time period, or they will expire.
• It may not be possible to claim a new bonus while another bonus is already active.

Jjili reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus if it is found to be misused or claimed in violation of the terms.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jjili:

• Multiple Accounts: Holding multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Use of Bots: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses under a false identity or through fraudulent means.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds differences across platforms to guarantee a profit.
• Match Fixing: Any attempt to manipulate or influence the outcome of a match.
• Money Laundering: Using jjili for illegal fund transfers.
• Hacking Attempts: Any attempt to compromise the security of the platform.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Jjili may temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms
• Providing false information
• KYC Verification Failed
• Suspicious Transactions
• Prolonged inactivity (typically 12 months)
• At the user's own request

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account, email us at support@jjili.ws. It is recommended that you withdraw all remaining balance before closure. If the account closure request is related to responsible betting, jjili will provide dedicated support.

10 Responsible Betting

Jjili is deeply committed to responsible betting. We believe betting is a form of entertainment, not a habit. To support this, jjili offers the following tools and features:

13 Changes to Terms
